  From this subway, take Line 8 train to Madrid Barajas airport. You need a special ticket called "Aeropuerto" to exit to airport Terminals

  A nice place to grab a bite on a sunday and one of the most important metro/renfe stations in madrid.

  The "information" staff are useless and cannot speak English. This is a European city and should accomodate major world languages such as English.

  PS. Ticket machines for metro are translated only half - you can see 'cancel' and 'back' button in English and headers of pages, but the rest will be in Spanish. Also the name of tickets will be in Spanish.

  Terrible experience. When I have been here for the first time (8pm) it was impossible to catch someone from stuff who could speak English. No one knows even basic words like 'ticket', 'train', 'station' or 'direction'. I spent over 45 minutes to leave metro, buy a ticket and catch a train to a different city. During second time it was much easier, because I know where is what, but still it was really hard to find someone who can speak English.
