  I love this shop! A great selection of bikes, equipment and accessories that don't cost you a fortune. David and his team are really helpful, they offer a first class friendly, economic and efficient service. They make you feel warm and welcome, which not a lot of places do, and offer honest, professional advice on what equipment you need; if there's a cheaper alternative, they will tell you. Bought a bike from them that was excellent, and it came with a full guarantee and revision included. Went in for the first time in four months yesterday and they remembered who I was, what I'd bought, everything! A real personal touch that makes you feel at home.

  I just had my New Olive Green Orbea in SecondBike, all is perfect!! they are so profresional, and i have been checking prices in a lot of places of Madrid, and they are definitly the best in price and product!!

  I've been to Spain many times to bike tour, and this Second Bike is always my preferred bike shop to visit. My Spanish is not so good, but David, the shop owner, is always very animated and willing to help. The other mechanic speaks English fairly well, so don't worry about any communication barriers. The shop only sells second hand bikes, but that makes it ideal if you're looking for replacement parts for an older bicycle. They have many new parts and components as well. Bottom line: fair prices, friendly atmosphere, and excellent service. I couldn't give this place a higher recommendation.

  Great place, nice bikes, and genuine people. I bought a used bike that I use as my main mode of transport. Any problems and they have always been able to do a great job fixing them. Recommend buying from them 100%.
