  Beware! Rude tour guides who DO NOT speak English and tell you to just go on your own if you don't understand. We were brought to the wrong hotel and left stranded (entire group). It took over two hours to solve the problem. In part of the tour the guide did not speak English at all. He told us if we don't like it, just go on our own.

  We were on a tour in Toledo today. We had a lovely guide named Maria. A pleasant tour with fascinating explanations. Highly recommended and we will be happy to recommend to everyone.

  Had a full day tour booked for Toledo with transportation to and from Madrid. Was given options to leave at two different times and return also at two different times. They were not super punctual but they showed up and we're apologetic. Tour guides were good though not spectacular. I saw one tired customer complain about the tardiness for pick up and the cost of the tour. The tour guide handled things very professionally. The last is why I'd recommend this company.

  I wish I could give this zero stars.We paid 31 euros each to go on a 2.5 hour sightseeing tour of Madrid on a tour bus with a stop at Hard Rock Cafe for drinks. Instead we were sent on a 2 hour unorganized run around the city in a family mini van with tinted windows. We did not stop at Hard Rock Cafe or even drive past it. They did not follow traffic laws. It was A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!! Do not waste your time or money. We are in their office attempting to get a refund. They are not even apolizing.
