  Within walking distance to all major sites, very friendly and helpful staff, some that speak English, have the basic amenities. . . perfect when traveling on a budget.

  Very central so ideal for sightseeing and shopping, eating and drinking. Rooms were good value, bit basic but good as a base to explore Madrid. Friendly staff. Mind the big hole in the pavement outside the front door (!!!)

  small clean with all the services you need without pretensions... very servicial and at hand staff...breakfast included... and a VERY CLOSE distance of the Gran Via...

  Nice place .. it's in a alley which you would expect an hotel to be but it's central and in the midst of all the happenings .. Loved my stay there.

  A good location being a short walk to the centre. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The hotel is well decorated with comfortable rooms, although I did find the room a little to warm and needed the aircon on, Which is noisy that didn't lead to the greatest night sleep.
