  Nice hotel in a great location for sightseeing. The staff were friendly and the room was great except for a body AC fan. But the temp didn't require using it. Breakfast area was good, dinner food also. Fitness studio next door was nice to use free of charge. Would stay again!

  Hotel rooms had good ambience. But overall didn't have a warm feeling, staff wasn't much helpful. But it is located at prime spot , and is at walkable distance from all major spots.

  Great hotel, friendly very knowledgeable staff, clean, cozy. The location is OK, only 25 minute walk from the center of the city. For me, the only issue is that it does not have a proper restaurant. However, the breakfast place and the bar is great.

  Downstairs the restaurant serves delicious meals and the staff could not be more obliging! I could have stayed on forever! Just across the road is El Cortes Inglis which was another delightful place to while away some time, have nails done, etc. This hotel was the highlight of my stay in Madrid and I thank the wonderful staff for the service I was accorded.....

  Great Hotel, clean rooms, excellent staff. The sofa bed is only good for small children! (Its hard) Within walking distance to many attractions. Metro is a half block away. Extra $$ for breakfast is worth the $$. But, they could change it up a bit. Everyday the same foods! Huge shopping mall in same complex and one across the street. Several fast food and restaurants within three blocks.

  I stayed in this hotels at two different times within a month. The first time, I was given a very large room (with an entrance foyer) in the older part of the hotel. The bedroom was massive and had a old world charm to it which i loved. the second time, when I came back from a nightmare bus tour, the staff were so gorgeous and put me in a room in the newer area. Again, no complaints. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and the bathroom was very well appointed.
