  Hotel was great, room was compact but had everything we needed. Lovely big bathroom. It was immaculately clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Great central location, so outside was very noisy so couldn't sleep with the window to the balcony open so a little warm but with the windows shut you couldn't hear a thing. Would definitely visit again.

  Overall it's a decent hotel. Pros: comfortable rooms, good amenities, great breakfast, very friendly, professional and attentive staff. Cons: Loud. Unacceptably loud, with limited sound insulation, lobby sounds going all the way up the floors, heating system is loud, lifts make sounds... All of which you can't avoid. Also, the gym is tiny and feels like it's there to tick a box.

  Fantastic location, just meters away from the main area with lots of shops, bars and great restaurants. Room was comfortable, clean and well laid out. Good WiFi and bathroom. Will definitely be back!

  I LOVE THIS HOTEL. Off the beaten path in the center of Madrid but once found it is a true gem. Secure access for entry and the rooms are so beautifully appointed. I even took some pics of the lobby furniture because i liked it so much. I had a junior suite with balcony terrace and absolutely loved it. I strongly urge anyone looking for a great place to stay look at this property.

  Excellent location. Poor installations. Poor décor. Tired service. A lot of items in the room were damaged and shabby. Items of food, plates, ironing boards were left for 3 days in the corridor. The room was not sound proof - every other door which shut caused every wall in the room to shake.
