  The staff where so friendly and helpful. Gave us great reconditions for places to visit and spike great English. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is about 30mins from the centre of Madrid but there is bus stop right outside the front door and the metro is only a ten minute walk away

  Non smoking rooms smell like smoking ones somewhere else. Personal at reception desk is very disappointing, pretty cold. I arrived too early, they told me I would need to wait for an hour till my room is ready and 2 hours later they invited all the people who came after to check in without taking into consideration who had been waiting for hours and who came in 5 min ago. Quality of the rooms is poor. No ironing made possible in the rooms (where as others can), mini fridge had only water!! And more stuff that will turn my back on them. Once there but never again.

  Fantastic hotel in Madrid. Rooms are large, clean and very nice. Easy transport links to Central Madrid. Food took a bit of getting used to.

  The hotel is okay but trying to have dinner at the hotel restaurant was bad experience for my colleague: cold fries, tasteless risotto, mediocre hamburger. The service was ridiculously slow even though the restaurant was almost empty. The waiters cannot speak English, it is up to you to learn Spanish in order to communicate with them.
