  We raided the mini bars because there was no card swiped for a pre-auth and the beds were at least fairly comfy.

  The shuttle service is also good; call your time you need to be back at the airport and terminal, and they'll bring you to it. The only problem we had was the shuttle from the airport to the hotel; we've been waiting about one hour because of a communication problem. After a phonecall the shuttle service came within 15 minutes.

  Very close to Barajas airport and nice services, cleab and comfortable. Very good breakfast. It has a free shuttle to airport, but ypu need to book in advance. There is a metro station very close.

  The dinner and breakfast are recommended. We are not sure, but it seemed like they had their own chef cooking the meals for dinner. It looked professional and it tasted very good. The breakfast is also fresh, but the cutted bread was in the open air and became dry very fast.

  The rooms are clean and bright. And I mean really clean. The shower was relaxing. The only negative point was the cold that was getting through the windows. Yes, there was a rolling curtain, but the air still went through.

  This hotel should be avoided by everyone who dislikes being lied to by concierges and charged several dozen euros for things that are supposedly complimentary. My wife and I were told very clearly by the concierge that the breakfast buffet the next morning was free of charge and included with our room. We didn't ask about it; he pushed it on us and sold us only on the idea that it was already something we'd paid for. We did eat the breakfast (which was maybe a 2/5 in terms of food choices and taste) and only after we were told that it cost 30 Euro! This was by a different concierge who did not apologize in any way for this incredibly negative experience and also repeatedly made us feel as if we had made an error on our end. Terrible food, terrible and deceptive service. I would highly recommend avoiding this hotel and the NH brand in general in Spain as we have had similar deceptions occur at other locations. Air bnb is a much better and friendlier option if you are open to it.

  Clean, affrodable, efficient. A superbe concierge service (Mrs. Rosa, in my case: patient, polite, knowledgeable). Wide array of choice for breakfast. Close to airport and to public transportation to Madrid.

  I might be being a little uncharitable by giving it 2 stars but I was only here because the first leg of a journey home from Ibiza was delayed and we missed the connecting flight at Madrid. The airline put us up in the hotel and we were fed a complimentary meal, which was a bit of a spiteful “you’re not proper guests so you’ll have what you’re given” affair.

  When we first came into the hotel, the hotel looked very very clean. The floor, walls and tables were all shiny and clean. The smell in the hotel, hotel rooms and halls were fresh like it was just cleaned; all day.
