  The hotel is outstanding. The service top notch. The room was very comfortable. The location couldn't be better. The spa is perfect to relax after a long day of tourism. Breakfast was very good too. I'd definitely go back to the hotel.

  Sent here by an airline after a redirect. Great room. Decorated well. Very modern. Double room but still separately made beds. Servers had good english. Arrived late at night and told we would be sent a meal. Arrived well over an hour after check in. Early bird breakfast very basic and pillaged within minutes of arrival. Decent hotel though and I am sure these comments are very specific to my type of experience.

  Great hotel... Clean, well-maintained rooms... Great breakfast buffet on floor below lobby, Nice cafe (with outdoor tables), bar (great happy hour meeting place), and restaurant (good, reasonably priced food) adjacent to lobby... Very cool, full-service national chain gym above lobby free to hotel guests (large additional spa with pool, sundeck and tennis courts also available for small fee)... great neighborhood and 5 -10 walk to Real Madrid's Santiago Bernabéu Stadium...

  Spacious rooms, clean. Service is excellent. Located in the business district of Madrid. Gym is excellent. Good breakfast and lunch buffet with wide assortment.

  Very good, modern standard for a business hotel. Very comfortable and clean. Great breakfast.
