  Great hotel in a great location. Staff were very helpful especially Katie, the concierge, went out of her way to really help us. The room are very modern and clean. Will definitely stay again. Great bar down stairs in the foyer area for during the day and a lively bar down stairs in what they call the secret room. The roof terrace bar is also a nice area to relax. Great views of all around Madrid and great to watch the sun go down.

  The hotel was beautiful. The breakfast delicious. However the reason for my very first online review is Katy. An extremely thoughtful and wonderful concierge whom I was fortunate enough ask a favor of. She was phenomenal.
