  Good location. The rooms are smaller than they appear online and the beds and toiletries provided are the quality of a 3* hotel at best. We had to move the luggage rack to open the closet or to pass by the bed to get to the bathroom. We had just two small bags. There would not have been space for a medium or large suitcase.

  We were put in a room where the mirror in the bathroom is broken and nearing falling off. Reported it twice but nobody attended to our concern. It’s as if this hotel is not conscious with the safety of their guests. F&B staff are snobbish.

  The hotel has 2 things going for it: location and price. The location is great, and we walked everywhere. The price (for the location) is good. It portraits itself as a 4 stars hotel, but I think it is a decent 3 stars one. It's quite clean too.

  The room is too small, dark and cold. I couldn,t sleep because it’s cold and heating doesn’t work properly. In addition there is not clean blanket and it seems that they have not changed the cover of pillow too.

  Now to the negative points: breakfast and bathroom in the room. The breakfast is a buffet, and if you have any type of food intolerance it's up to you to fend for yourself and get what you need. I got breakfast only one day, the other days I went out. The bathroom/ toilet: I can't understand what were they thinking by having a transparent door that doesn't close to the toilet from the room. So if you are sharing a room with someone, then you will share the sight, the noise and smell of you going to the toilet. We ended up taking turns and kicking each other out of the room in order to be able to use the toilet. Insane. I had room 403, maybe this insanity only happened in our rooms.
