  Excellent value for money. Polite staff. Not so good as a base to explore Madrid because it 40 min by tube from the centre of town (not counting the 5+ min walk to the tube station). The free shuttle to and from the airport is a big +

  A nice example of a good airport hotel; just the right balance of location, price, and facilities. Easy journey to/from airport, plus the centre of Madrid is only around 30 minutes away on metro line 5 (from station Alameda de Osuna). I didn't use the restaurant so I can't comment on that bit. The rooms were clean and tidy, beds very comfortable. Only reason for holding off 5 stars is because of the noise of plumbing experienced on my second visit; I think I heard every flush made!

  Rooms were nice and clean, buffet breakfast was really good and aswell as their free shuttle service too and from the airport. The only small problem I had was about location, which meant there were no supermarkets nearby so you had to buy food from the hotel.

  We stayed here between a flight arriving late afternoon and a morning check-in at the airport. The free airport shuttle worked out OK for us in both directions, but if you get stuck at the airport it's possible to walk to the hotel from the MAD inter-terminal bus stop at Disco Sur. We wandered off to eat dinner in Barajas town and got lost returning to the hotel. We met some very friendly, helpful local folks. but better to make certain you get the blue dot on your device. No street signs. There is a pizza place nearby. Our bed was OK and plenty of hot water. We stored our breakfast yogurt in the mini bar, and the shuttle got us to Terminal 4 on time. On the whole, this place would be a tad overpriced except for the free shuttle.

  Very nice hotel near airport, there’s bus to take you and leave you a front of the airport (free if change) every 30min. You must pay for breakfast €12 per person. Few restaurants and bars there.
