  Very slow service. 9 people! before me at the reception. And than a not understandable request for photo of the company credit card which I don't have. My own credit card was not enough. Very strange.

  I loved the view from the balcony, however, I think the balcony was a bit dangerous.

  slow service while check in and would not call it 4 star hotel. Fair rooms, fair services. Not worth it

  Was an event on a saloon. Great place, but the cleaning service didn't appear until late, so rubbish was accumulating on the place at the end of the day.

  Excellent location, just few minutes away from Cuatro Caminos Metro (Lines 1-2-6) and just 15 minutes away from Sol and Gran Via.

  The only downside is, the heating system was spreading sometimes a really nasty smell like someone smoking in the room.

  The room was always clean and the bathroom was immaculate. The housekeeping staff was always very friendly.

  There are several restaurants and a 24h supermarket.

  The staff was very friendly and helpful, they let us check in early and they offered to keep our luggage in reception as our flight was late in the evening.
