  The check in process was very good. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional both when checking in and leaving. They obviously have a lot of experience which transmitted as confidence. We had children with us and were anxious that there would be no problems. We had a Taxi service booked for an early flight. They told us the driver would be at the door at 8am. Not only was he early, he brought us to the airport in a spotless vehicle with plenty of time to spare. I’d highly recommend them based on the service level.

  Centrally located between both Opera and Sol Metros. Absolutely loads to do and see right on your doorstep. The apartment was large and clean. It was cleaned after two nights. We didn’t stay in much so it was the perfect for our needs.

  Very centric to all important places to visit and all could be done by just walking..Can't ask for anything more... Really very centre of the city Madrid.
