  Classic and exquisite hotel in an unbeatable location. This is your place if you are over your 50’s and not very fun of modernity up to date hotels. The staff is very professional and helpful. Great breakfast buffet !!.

  Nice place. Kind of old fashioned style. Excellent breakfast buffet. Would really benefit from coffee makers in the room, though. They'll bring you up a pot once a day gratis, but I hate to trouble them.

  We've had a great few nights staying at this hotel. We stayed in room 329, which had a great view and lots of space even with a rollaway bed. The breakfast was great and had lots of options including eggs to order. It is a little expensive, but of very good quality. The staff was great as well and really made us feel welcome. We also had a three course dinner at the hotel, which was superb. The menu was varied and everyone in our party found something they enjoyed.

  Great service and breakfast items. Wonderful concierges who are very knowledgeable about local Madrid and helped ease me into the local culture. I would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in the city.

  Excellent hotel with amazing design and great breakfast. Very good breakfast and staff, however most of the interior and regular rooms are far extraordinary, yet still rather expensive.

  Location is great though, so if You’re travelling on business and still want to experience Madrid downtown in the evenings, it’s a really good choice.
