  I was impressed with the service! The staff spoke perfect English (though I didn't need them to ;-) ). The airport shuttle arrived within a couple of minutes of calling their office (you must call them! They don't have an office on-site). We had our brand new car within a few minutes and were on our way! The drop-off was similarly simple and efficient, and we were offered to be talken to the nearest metro station, instead of the airport, which was also perfect! Very impressed with this rental company! Thank you!

  In the afternoon of our last day while we return to Madrid we had an unbelievable traffic jam in the entrance of Madrid cause of an accident ahead. We called them and we noticed them that we may be delayed to return the car. We were at the office at 22:05!!! We had to return car at 22:00 so for 5 minutes delay we paid 50 Euros more!!! 30 Euros for after 22:00 office service and 20 Euros for the delay....

  Highly recommended. Taking the free shuttle to the off site location is a bit of an inconvenience but the friendly and prompt service makes this company worth it. Easy and fast service.

  Called ahead upon return for them to have a taxi waiting as traffic delayed us and we had a train to catch. Upon arrival the taxi hadn't been called so we spent 25 minutes between arrival and getting in the taxi. Needless to say we missed our train and had to spend 300 euro on new tickets. Sadly it was by 5 minute.
