  First car they offered us was damaged all around. Then they left us waiting for 60min to exchange the car.

  Tried to give me a smaller car (even though at the same category). Instead I upgraded with a lower price. However, the car was scratched all over (didn't mind it, since I had full cover).

  We ordered a car 2 weeks in advance, we were supposed to pick up the car at 10am, when we arrived they said the car isn't there yet so they offered us to upgrade to a better car at a higher rate. After we agreed they told us that the other car isn't there yet as well and it will take 10-15 minutes. After another half hour we asked the 2 ladys at the desk where is the car and all they could say was "it's on its way". For a long time we tried to understand what's going on and they where unpleasant and made us feel guilty just for wanting to know what's happening. After another 30 minutes the car arrived finally. We were very disappointed about the way they handled this situation, their unwillingness to help us understand what's going on and their disrespectful behaviour.
