    I was told even though the staff made the mistake that I would still have to pay the extra amount. I also noted that if they had replied to email and told me that I would have brought the car back on time.

    When I arrived to pick up my car that I had prebooked and paid for I wanted to extend the rental for two more days, I was told I couldn't because I booked online (which seemed weird but I accepted) I then asked if I could make a whole other seperate booking for the two days I wanted to keep the car for (which also is not allowed and again didn't understand why but accepted)

    Although the car behind the desk seemed to be trying to help and genuinely felt sorry for me, the boss and the employee who made the mistake (who was present during this whole discussion but standing behind the cubicle) would not speak to me.

    My flight landed at 9.20pm I reserved throught RYANAIR but when I arrived to Madrid I discovered that FIREFLY was closed (1st of January) and the normal office hours were until 9pm. How it is possible that I could book trought RYANAIR, so they knew the flight schedule, and the offices were closed? I couldn’t use the car, at the phone number they didn’t answer so I lost the money and I had to take a taxi. Orrible experience NEVER use Firefly and never reserve a car through RYANAIR: they are stealing your money.

    unexpected "fuel administration" charge when I got to the desk which happened to be in the small print. not really a great start when you´re having to pay an extra days worth of renting the car.

    Awful experience. They altered several of the clauses previously signed with Rentalcars. They charged an extra day of more than double the price of the others. The customer services just replies by emails, not even bothers to call. etc. etc. No to be repeated.

    I was then told then the option I have is to return the car late and I'll only be charged 28€ per day, even though it was more expensive then the rental terms I decided this was the best option.

    I figured it was an easy fix, but neither the boss or the employee who made the error wanted to talk to me so I had to stand at the desk embarrassed to argue over the extra 70€ I had to pay which I couldn't really afford as I'm backpacking.

    I did as the staff said and emailed them two days prior saying I would return the car two days late and I didn't not receive and answer, in which I also asked for them to confirm the price of the late fees (just in case) but I did not receive a reply. As I assumed everything was fine i just continued as I planned and brought the car back two days late.

    When I I arrived after I had delivered the car full of fuel without a scratch on it, I was told that the staff member made a mistake and I would be charged 60€ per day.

    Good and frendly service,speak english no problem. Car which I got has error light on dashboard I must back to cashdesk for register and collect keys from another one. Thats was extra 30min off my holydays but thats can be hapend evryvhere. To drop back was quick and no problem. Car was clean and running very vel.

    I would reccommend anyone thinking of using this company to aviod it or just make sure you get your lawyer to read the terms and conditions because clearly they´re just trying to catch you out on the small print and then by the time you realise you´re already commited so cant really say no.
