  Super slow place even with a book already made. We wait for more than 1h to get our car, and there were only 5 people in front.

  Overall a good experience. A bit hard to find them in the train station because there are no signs or the signs are confusing. The office is just above the suburban train tracks. Almost no queue at the pickup (1-2 people) at 1PM , did the online checkin in advance to speed things up. The staff was very friendly both at pickup and return. They spoke English quite acceptable. The car was in a very good condition. Almost all the documents were translated in English as well and the staff explained everything well.

  There are no signs for hertz parking and people tell you to go one way and the signs indicate another. Then you have to walk up the pass way with no support for handicap. Choose another location if you can. And the phone number is not accepting calls.
