  This review is long overdue as we visited Baton Rouge several months ago, but it was hands down one of our favorite spots in Madrid. We stumbled upon it after having dinner across the street and figured we’d give it a shot, considering we were surprised to see an American city themed bar in the heart of the city. We thought we’d be there for a drink or two, and ended up staying several hours mostly due to the bartender, Pedro. We consider ourselves lucky to have met Pedro, and we couldn’t have been happier with how we chose to spend the night. He made some of the best cocktails we’ve ever had, and spent several hours talking to us about our trip, and even gave suggestions as to where the “must sees” and “must try” spots were in other cities we were headed to. Would 100% head back to Baton Rouge if we ever return to Madrid, and will never forget this experience!
