  I would rate it higher, because the usual quality of Hard Rock Cafes are there. What makes this one annoying is how busy it is, coupled with a disinterest from the staff greeting you. I stood at the entrance for a few minutes, the hostess just ignored me completely, eventually greeting and reassuring the couple that came after us. When we tried to get her attention, she just made herself look busy. If you walk in to the bar area and ask for help, they say you can only be seated from the front. Back to square one. Disappointing from a Hard Rock which didn't seem to "love all serve all". As a loyal Hard Rock customer i definately felt cheated. The Rock store was good though with good service, which gives back one star to this rating

  Very bad customer services. Not worth your visit. Very disappointed. Their goal was only kick you out as soon as possible to free the table for the next customer in line, not to serve you as a customer to make your experience good and for you to remember the moment. Zero kindness and respect in the way waiter / waitress speak to you, it seems they making you a favor (and don't want to make it - even worst), instead of serving you as a customer. I'm a customer of Hard Rock in several countries with my family and we always loved the experience and how we were treated. I can assure this one has zero similarities with customer services of all Hard Rocks around the globe I've visited. It's really a shame.

  Hard Rock Cafés have always, for me, been hard to recommend. Do not get me wrong, the food is good, staff are helpful, food arrives promptly - but the Hard Rock experience is what you pay for, not the food, and in all honesty, I find it a hard sell. Number one, we had to wait an hour, paying out 8€ for a red wine and a coke. The coke was watered down some, and comprised of 40% ice, 60% coke. The wine was, for 4€, unremarkable. The food (We had the Hickory burger and the Chicken Club sandwich) was good, came in about thirty minutes, but, again, for the 30€ we paid for the food plus a water, unremarkable. I would give my burger a 7/10 (so still very good) however the sandwich, while cooked, arrived cold. The waitress and waiters, while helpful, were pushy, and trying to move us along as fast as possible. So in resume, yes a good experience, but I could have a better, bigger burger, plus more fries for a similar price, drinks included, and not be pushed around, or have to wait for an hour and a half for my food. The Hard Rock experience is a good one, but one that should be experienced once.

  We have been to this hard rock cafe twice (mainly because my kids love the hard rock) and I surely cannot recommend it. Overcrowded, terrible food ( cold sandwich, awful steak) waiters TOO friendly for my taste. The shop is good with a good variety of products.

  We had the ribs and weren't disappointed. It's great food, beer and service here. Always worth a visit whichever city your in.
