  Beautiful Gothic building; look for the 'Refugees Welcome' banner. Also houses a main Tourist Information office, if you're in need of one.

  Free space. They have couches, clean bathrooms, exhibitions, and 2€ access to the observation deck. Plus free Internet. Great place!

  Please go to cultural center in front of the main road on the roundabout to visit the observation desk(opening time 10am). Don't come here. The other reviews are wrong. According to the opening of this building we came here at 8 am to see the sunrise but were disappointed to know that this is the wrong place and real entrance is on the other side of the building which opens at 10am. The 2 Euro you pay is at culture center where the big Refugees Welcome banner is hanging. I hope I made myself clear.

  i post my comments and reviews here cause i found nowhere else to do so. the 010 hotline is usually a helpful and polite service met at the other end by a helpful and friendly 010 hotline team member, but i must say i wish they had some sort of feedback delivery box or number of stars you can provide for each phone call you make and the service provided thereof, cause i must say, the lady that i got on the phone today, man, she was worse than rude, she was nasty, vicious, like someone whos had, not a bad day, a bad lifetime and is looking to unload severe internal nervous damage on the first passer by that happens to be crossing her way
