  Terrible experiencia con atencion al cliente con un pedido que hasta el dueno del restaurante estaba listo en anular. Sin embargo Deliveroo se ha negado a llamar al restaurante para anular el pedido ya que los productos no estaban en condiciones aceptables. Ha sido frustrante. He sido cliente de Deliveroo y he realizado decenas de pedidos nunca hasta hoy había experimentado la falta de profesionalidad que he recibido así como la negligencia en corregir y acreditar un pedido que no estaba en condiciones. Seguire reclamando este pedido y notificare los errores habidos a la oficina central de Londres. Espero que tomen medidas para solucionar este incidente. Esto no se queda así.

  To be honest extremely horrible customer service from the people when you call them with a problem with your order. They don't understand the concept of customer service. My order never got to me and then when I called them their solution was NOTHING. They keep the food and the money. Extremely disappointed

  Terrible experience, on a Sunday ordered from them, after making the Deliveroo order online, I got a few quick rings of my mobile around 15-19 minutes of making my order, they cut off quick so I could not get to my mobile, they left no voice messages, one was a Deliveroo main number and I believe the 2nd was the courier but I'll never know as he/she was not picking up. Around 1 hour and 20 minutes of making the order I get what looks to be a generic email with the courier's name attached stating that they had called at my place with the delivery and no one was answering, I was in all the time waiting, no one buzzed the apartment. Contacting Deliveroo they claimed that the deliverer was waiting 10 minutes also (doubtful). I didn't get my food, I asked if they could deliver it cold and the answer was 'no', I got an email stating that a refund would not be possible. Quite a neat little business you have there, could it not be beyond the realms of possibility that your Deliveroo courier got the wrong address or buzzed the wrong apartment or didn't bother turning up ? The only thing they deliver is the money from YOU into their pockets with zero service. Straight to the credit card company for a refund which I was informed was not possible by Deliveroo. Wish me luck and I advise strongly not to use them.

  Last three orders where ALL WRONG - customer service is terrible - I do not think they screen the restaurants - if they are out of something you ordered they give you anything they want to give you. Meat and nuts are in many dishes even though it does not say it on the website. DONE. Just Eat is a much better option.
