  Panoramic views of Madrid from the top are breathtaking! The church is beautiful inside, lots of historical antiques on display.

  Please don't miss visiting the small chapel to the right of the altar where the tabernacle for the sacred sacrament is kept.

  It's just one of thousands of churches from 19th century period of copying the past. The fact that it was finished in the end of 20th century only makes it less interesting as a piece of art. I think Madrid could just accept it's lack of cathedral, already being one of the most beautiful capital cities of Europe.

  I was expecting another medieval cathedral, not realizing that this one was only completed in the 1980s. Seeing the 'updated' version was fantastic. Beautiful interiors. Incredible stained glass, casting cool light inside.
