  Me han robado el móvil en Pachá esta noche al igual que a muchas otras chicas. Fantástico trabajo deteniendo al ladrón y devolviéndonos los móviles después de llevarnos en coche hasta la comisaría, ofrecerse a volver a llevarnos a Pachá si no teníamos cómo ir, preocuparse por nuestra comodidad... Súper encantadores y cercanos, para que luego se quejen de la Policía. Mil gracias ❤

  during the night/before 8am when no one would be there. The waiting area is extremely depressing, the queue numbers don't work and the staff don't inform you of anything that's going on or are rude when you ask...unless you start crying and get their sympathy. If it's not an emergency, go between 11pm and 8am and you won't have to wait hours to be seen.

  Worst police experience of my life and that includes 26 years in the USA where cops are known to be douche bags. Waited 6 hours to file a complaint and there were only 3 persons ahead of me. If you speak any other language besides Spanish I advice to make your complaint in that language, as non Spanish speakers skip ahead of the line. My mistake was being fluent in Spanish.

  I came here in the early morning, and got treated really nicely by the police officers. I lost my wallet in barcelona, and the one in barcelona refused to help me and told me to do it when i arrived madrid. Here they are, so nice and warm treating. The police office who did my report is really polite and kind, as well as the security in the front door.

  The police officers working there, on the surface appear to be polite but are not very capable of treating non criminals with the respect they deserve.

  Pretty poor service - don't go during the day, I arrived at 6:30pm and people had been waiting since 3pm...so I was advised to go anywhere else and also
