  I actually really recommend the school since it has a great vibe where the staff, teachers and students get along amazingly and are very helpful, outgoing, and beneficial. Their program is set in a way where you can flexible navigate your classes and their cost and offers are really good. I have been taking classes for the year and a half with them and I have met amazing people and learned tons of material and experienced and exchanged intercultural information. I think its really well located in a lively neighborhood where you can get to experience Madrid lifestyle also. Thumbs up!

  All staff from the reception desk to the administrators are professional: they explain clearly all questions and are honest about what level is appropriate.

  I liked my two teachers, I thought they were well-structured and taught efficiently. I was pleased about that because as a language professional myself (certified translator and teacher of English as a foreign language), I am a little picky about who teaches me !

  Took two weeks of introductory level classes. It was my first time taking classes in a language school so I didn’t know what to expect. The experience was so positive, I’m looking forward to taking several more weeks.

  I have just spent 2 months studying Spanish at AIL Madrid and have thoroughly enjoyed it. I started as a complete beginner and by the end of my stay had completed level A1. The quality of the teaching is really high and the lessons are very engaging. What I enjoyed most was the after class excursions; on these we explored different neighbourhoods of Madrid or other interesting attractions. These are free and taught in Spanish, and it is such a fun way to practice your Spanish and to meet interesting people from other classes. My only issue was that the accomodation was a tad expensive for the quality provided, however I still had a fantastic time and would love to return to further my knowledge. 100% would recommend!

  If you are not sure which school to pick to learn Spanish, look no further. I was in the same position, and I was really lucky to pick a great school from the beginning. The teachers are really fun, they go out of their way to make the class exciting and enjoyable. The staff is super helpful also! They will help you with anything that you need. And another thing that I really liked was the location . Super easy to access, with buses and subway stations near it.

  I have just spent two weeks learning Spanish at AIL and really enjoyed myself. Before I booked I was a little apprehensive about being with whole groups of youngsters (as I am 50+) but in fact, all the classes seemed to have a mixture of ages and nationalities. Many people seemed to be taking classes for longer (and living in Madrid) so it's also a good way to get to know new people if you are in Madrid for longer.
