  I highly recommend anyone visiting Madrid to only use Madrid Day Tours during their visit. Our tour guide was kind, patient, extremely intelligent & professional. The other guests from Dallas that joined us were a pleasure to travel with as we saw so many incredible sights. I felt like this tour was so unique & custom to what we wanted to see in beautiful Madrid. We got to see everything I had on my list including enough time to stop & shop at a wonderful Christmas market to buy souvenirs.

  Our family trip to Avila and Segovia was excellent. Martin was a wonderful tour guide and was very knowledgeable on the histories of each place we visited. He was also very accommodating and attentive to our needs. I would definitely recommend this tour to others!

  Hopefully I will return to Madrid again next year. If I do, I will call Madrid Day Tours weeks in advance to schedule another tour.

  Had an absolutely wonderful experience with Madrid Day Tours. Our guide was extremely patient as he waited for an hour and half for us at the airport due to a lost luggage issue. Andres made sure to show us as much of beautiful Madrid as possible within the time we had left. It was great to have an English speaking and quite knowledgeable person guide us through all of the city highlights. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who asks and I will definitely use them again upon my return so that I can see Toledo.

  This a family business that knows how to pamper tourists..... extremely efficient and prompt, strives to excel and lives the saying "customer is king"....... they did a 2 full day private tours for us and we highly recommend Madrid Day Tours ... special mention Dory and of course Oscar and Ricardo....

  Excellent service provided by Madrid Day Tours. Communication and logistics were flawless. We took the Avila with Segovia tour and the Toledo tour. Both had flexibility and reliability. Drivers were very knowledgeable and friendly. Both could have been full fledged tour guides. It was great to see the passion they had for their work and the pride they had in their beautiful country. We also booked the flamenco dinner and show which was fabulous. Delicious four course meal with artistic and skilled dancers. Madrid Day Tours was hands down one of the best tour companies we've experienced. Shout out to Oscar, he was amazing!
