  San Miguel market is a superb place for getting some tapas. The choice of all the fish, meat and cheese is amazing and it is a must go place if you are visiting Madrid. On the first look it also seemed cheap, but if you plan to have a proper lunch it can come together a bit expensive. There are also bathrooms that could be hard to find, but are for free if you have a receipt from buying something there. I recommend!

  Cool and interesting market. Pretty small though and very high prices. Tried a paella there and wasn't that good despite the steep price. I'd say it's a good visit but go eat elsewhere if you're hungry.

  Go in, peruse the food counters, decide on your choices and purchase. Then find a bar and buy your beer or wine. Eat at a table (if you can find one) or at a shelf by the windows, or if it’s quiet just stroll around nibbling and drinking.

  Definitely worth a visit when you’re in Madrid, especially if you’re a foodie. Not as cheap as wine & tapas in a bar by any means, but a nice experience. Plenty of choice for food, and some nice wines available. Can get very busy.

  A place full of Spanish food. You can always find what you want to eat in this market. We have tried varieties of tapas and the one with seafood on it impressed me a lot ! That’s so delicious! I wanna have all kinds of that and the young man who made these was also friendly! You can find it in pic 3. And the yogurt ice cream was also worth eating! Don’t miss it! It’s really a suitable place for someone like trying different kinds of food!

  The choices in tapas and beverages will make your head spin. You will need a receipt from a drink/food to use the restroom otherwise there is a fee. If you are a picky eater you will leave with a belly full. If you're an adventurous eater you'll think you died and went to heaven! The seating is limited so put your game face on and jump when you see an opening! Once you have a seat no one rushes you to get out. Family friendly and I guarantee at least three countries will be represented at your shared table. Cheers!
