  Nice facility BUT!!!!!! Very badly run. They change rules each day each attendant. Concessions are expensive but poor quality. Lines are unbelievable, so plan to starve as they confiscate everything you try to bring in. Attitudes are mostly poor. Huge, I do mean huge piles of garbage in concession area. One was well over 2 meters tall and looked like a pyramid of garbage. There were others and none of the workers gave a _______! No management presence at all. The tennis is great!

  High quality arena - perfect venue for an international event. We felt very safe and no crushes.

  Place looks really run down but could be due to the setup. Not many access points or food and not particularly easy to get to.

  We've just had our 2017 Herbalife Extravaganza in Madrid for the first time and stayed in the Caja Majica for 3 days with about 11.000 participants. I loved the red seating and the illumination plus the "cosy" atmosphere in this hall. The area between the hall and outside, where the water is could be more beautiful though... All in all a great place for us.
