  I received excellent service here from a very nice lady. I bought two jerseys one of which was on sale at half price. She even offered to get the IVO tax refunded to me as I do not live in Spain. The inventory at this store is very extensive and well priced. I watched the repair men in the Service department who appeared to know what they were doing. ALL higher quality bicycle shops throughout the world have a superior attitude - it is just part of what you should expect (and ignore!) You’ll find what you’re looking for here so give it a shot!

  Visit 1: Asked for chain replacement (E20 for chain and work) agreed and also said I would like to buy a new (and expensive) bike. No one helped me, even when I asked about hybrids etc. Spoke english with 2 managers

  Visit 3: Returned a few days later because chain was jumping. I thought it needed to be tighter or replaced with chain with deeper ruts. Manger was SO RUDE to me. Showed me on receipt that they had written that chain was not only problem and then it needed alternative fix additionally. I totally accept this explanation but still wanted to know if they could tighten. They were SOOOOO NASTY about it. I said that no one had explained this and man manager swore they had. Tech guy took bike for a ride and suggested that they tighten something. After waiting 20 minutes they said it would be another 20.

  Visit 4: Picked up bike. Didn't bring my wallet. The technician had started to replace gears?? and said it would be E40. I asked him to undo the work and said I had no money. Waited 20 minutes. Lady manager started speaking to me in Spanish. When I asked her to speak english she said she could not. Until I reminded her that she could!
