  I went to Mammoth after trying the larger bike shop in Madrid- Calmera. I had bought a 25 year old bicycle with a problem with its bottom-bracket that wouldn't tighten. Despite 2 hours spent in Calmera they couldn't fix it but upon going to Mammoth one of their technicians said he reckoned he could fix it for me even though they didn't really deal with bikes as old as mine. A few days later I received a call that it was ready and paid just 15 euros for the repair and they fixed my punctured tyre with a new inner-tube whilst they were at it -good service! However it was fixed for about a week before it loosened again and upon returning the technician said on his day off his colleague had done the job on my bike and obviously didn't do it right. He kindly spent a good hour taking apart my BB and cleaned it and did the job properly and with no extra cost. They have a good selection of bikes, equipment and accessories, I would recommend.

  Fui a Mammoth porque Calmera no pude reparar mi bici. Un mecánico me dío que no suele trabajar con bicis de una edad tan viejo pero probaría repararla. El servicio fue barato y eficiente

  Good shop. Good selection of bikes and gear. The mechanic was very friendly and helpful, fixing my broken spoke while I waited. Great service.

  Impressive range of bike’s. Looks like geared more for technical (road and mountain) than for urban or commuter. Great range of accessories. No one offered to help me.

  50 minutos de espera para poder simplemente preguntar por el producto que estaba buscando. 3 personas para atender toda la tienda, una en la entrada a la cual no puedes preguntarle y las otras dos desbordadas totalmente por la cantidad de gente. Nadie te dice nada ni por cortesía, te miran en plan "esto es lo que hay". La gente se apelotona y ahora discute por quien estaba antes. Al final no he llegado ni a preguntar por lo que buscaba. Para no volver jamás.
