  IE Business School is certainly an excellent school for exec education. having been to various exec courses in Europe and the states, i would rate the best as being Wharton and IE, purely based on the quality delivered. Of course i'm speaking from personal experience, and it may be that for courses other than those relating to management and finance, other schools are equally good, but IE and Wharton still top my list as being the best out there for executives.
